About
We are a proud local Ballarat Business employing locals and supporting other Ballarat Business and the community.
Our Story
Ballarat Roadworthy Centre is a locally owned and operated workshop that has been keeping Victorian drivers safe for 25 years. Built on genuine customer care and modern expertise, we’re proud to be a trusted part of the Ballarat community.
For 25 years, our local team has been looking after Ballarat families, tradies, businesses and bus operators. Many of us are parents and long-time motorists ourselves, so we understand how important it is to know that the vehicle you or your loved ones are travelling in is genuinely safe and reliable. That’s why we treat every vehicle as if our own families were riding in it.
We specialise in safety-focused inspections and mechanical repairs across all types of vehicles – from everyday runabouts, family cars, utes and 4WDs through to motorcycles and buses. Our team are bus experts, working with public, private and not-for-profit operators to keep buses safe, compliant and on the road with minimal downtime.
Our workshop is set up to provide thorough, consistent checks, with clear communication and honest advice so you always know exactly where you stand.
Community is at the heart of what we do. We support local initiatives where we can and value the long-term relationships we’ve built with our customers—many of whom have been coming to us for years and now bring in their kids’ cars as well. That trust means a lot to us, and we work hard every day to earn it.
If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly and genuinely safety-first roadworthy centre in Ballarat, we’d love to look after you. Book an appointment today and let our local team take care of all your vehicle and bus safety needs.
